11 x 14, graphite pencil on paperThis drawing was completed in a single 4-hour session on Saturday, the "shortest" pose I have drawn in the last couple months. Where I was sitting made me look up at the model, and the block-in process really helped capture the likeness at an angle. At an earlier stage the block-in was just as abstract as the cast drawing from earlier this week.
